Our class size is kept to the capacity of 18 to 22, to foster a right balance for positive group learning. We have developed transparent redness policies that were disseminated to our students upon enrolment to ensure that they can devote full attention to their studies; with the knowledge that assistance is available should they require it.
Our full-time trainers and lecturers are selected based on their subjects’ expertise and their dedication to education. In an effort to provide quality education, we also review our trainers’ performance on a regular basis. We are proud to be among the foremost organizations in the teaching of Food & Beverage and Culinary Skills (Western) in Singapore.
